Union Park is rapidly becoming Las Vegas’ most exciting urban neighborhood within the heart of the city—a stylish community and home to the city’s largest economic, cultural and civic projects. With plans for art, culture, residences, retail and shops, offices, health/medical centers, hotels, a hotel/casino, and a two-acre central park, the community brings new meaning to the terms master-planned and mixed-use. Union Park has it all.
Master Plan
The master plan for Union Park identifies four distinct districts, organized in a series of small urban blocks with pedestrian-friendly accessibility. The four districts (left to right on the adjacent illustration) include: the Medical Office District (anchored by the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute with other office and clinic space), the Civic District (includes The Smith Center for the Performing Arts and Symphony Park), the Residential District (true urban neighborhoods with a mix of high-rise, town homes, live/work condominiums and mid- and low-rise residences), and the Specialty District (plans for a wide range of hospitality, specialty retail, and a hotel/casino). Street-facing retail and restaurants are planned throughout the community.
