True to the Las Vegas spirit, Union Park will provide a friendly destination for those who visit our city. There are three planned hotels: The Charlie Palmer boutique hotel, a business-oriented hotel and one gaming hotel.
The Union Park hotel/casino is planned as a first-class 1,500-room hotel with approximately 60,000 square feet of gaming and also features expansive retail, entertainment and restaurants. The hotel/casino will be located on the northeast blocks of Union Park (parcels P and Q); this site is being developed by Forest City.
